When Connor Group engaged Reliable Roofing to complete a 2,500-square tile replacement, we were initially looking at a 200-day timeframe based on the size and complexity of the property. Shortly after mobilizing, The Connor Group requested an expedited timetable, working towards a year-end completion, targeting 120 days. With that revised goal in place, we reevaluated our approach. To increase production, we added a second crew and divided the property so teams could work opposite sides simultaneously. This allowed us to meaningfully compress the schedule while maintaining consistent installation standards across the project. Reliable Roofing ultimately delivered the 2,500-square tile replacement in 120 days, completing the project on December 27, 2023.This project reflects our ability to adapt midstream, scale resources when needed, and execute large, complex tile replacements under accelerated timelines.
